 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The SAP BU Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the SAP Business Unit leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, executive alignment, and seamless coordination across global partner and internal teams.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Executive Support &amp; Calendar Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage complex calendars across time zones, prioritizing strategic engagements and resolving scheduling conflicts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel, logistics, and expense reporting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Meeting &amp; Event Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, partner engagements, and BU-wide events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Communication &amp; Documentation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft and edit executive-level communications, presentations, and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all correspondence.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Project &amp; Workflow Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support BU initiatives by tracking milestones, managing documentation, and coordinating cross-functional tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel to streamline workflows.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Stakeholder Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as a liaison between the SAP BU leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Host business guests and manage partner interactions with discretion and efficiency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a tech or enterprise software environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Prior experience at Microsoft.
