About the RoleEsyacode Software is seeking a results-driven Google Ads &amp; SEO Expert to support our digital marketing initiatives for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and organic search optimization. This role is fully remote and requires availability during 8 PM-11PM IST(flexible)Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads Management:<ul><li>Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping networks.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and manage bid strategies to achieve maximum ROI.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics, prepare analytical reports, and deliver actionable insights.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions.</li></ul>Search Engine Optimization (SEO):<ul><li>Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.</li><li>Perform keyword analysis, technical SEO audits, and competitor benchmarking.</li><li>Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking to enhance search visibility.</li><li>Build high-quality backlinks through ethical, white-hat SEO practices.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools to track performance.</li><li>Provide periodic performance reports with data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of proven experience in Google Ads and SEO, ideally serving international or US-based clients.</li><li>Google Ads Certification is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Availability to work night shifts 8PM-11 PM </li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive part-time compensation: &#8377;12,000 &ndash; &#8377;16,000/month.</li><li>Flexible, fully remote work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to work with international clients and grow with a dynamic digital team.</li><li>Performance-based incentives and long-term engagement prospects.</li></ul>Contact: +91 8697933859Job Types: Part-time, FreelancePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 15 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
