Join us to own our marketing engine and drive strategic growth.Role OverviewWe're hiring a Growth &amp; Marketing Manager to scale our booking funnel, boost brand visibility, and support our geographic expansion.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Own end-to-end performance marketing (Google Ads, social media, SEO, email, WhatsApp campaigns)</li><li>Build and optimize acquisition funnels, including A/B testing and conversions</li><li>Drive organic growth via SEO, blogging, influencer marketing and content marketing</li><li>Collaborate with operations, sales, and product to align on strategy &amp; execution</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and ROI</li><li>Lead content strategy&mdash;social, newsletters, blogs, and events</li><li>Explore CRM/email automation to nurture leads and increase retention</li><li>Manage CRM</li><li>Look at listing management and collabs via portals like wedmegood, BNI etc</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles (ideally in marketplaces or services)</li><li>Proven track record in performance campaigns, CRM, or acquisition marketing</li><li>Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, analytics platforms</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment with fluid responsibilities</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; stakeholder collaboration skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or similar consumer marketplaces</li><li>Familiar with remote-first tools: Asana/Notion, HubSpot, Mailchimp</li><li>Comfortable designing and executing content programs across platforms</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Remote-first team</li><li>Lead impact marketing for a high-growth yet bootstrapped venture</li><li>Direct influence on business strategy and outcomes</li><li>Opportunity for rapid growth in responsibility</li></ul>How to Apply: Send us your resume with a one-minute cover note&mdash;highlight your marketing wins, acquisition funnel successes, or content campaigns.
