The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ABAP development along with leadership ability to guide the team and collaborate with functional consultants.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage ABAP development activities across SAP modules.</li><li>Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality ABAP solutions, including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Conversions.</li><li>Work closely with functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical specifications.</li><li>Optimize and troubleshoot existing custom developments.</li><li>Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP (RICEF objects, OOPs, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits).</li><li>Experience working with CDS views, OData services, and SAP UI5/Fiori integrations is a plus.</li><li>Good understanding of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, PP (as applicable).</li><li>Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and team leadership abilities.</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Work Mode: Onsite (Gurgaon)</li><li>Work Days: Monday to Friday</li><li>Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;70,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>work: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
