Job Summary Eternity Medicine Institute (EMI) is a concierge longevity medicine practice offering a premium membership program to health-conscious clients. We are seeking a Nevada-licensed Nurse Practitioner with full practice authority to serve our Las Vegas-based members on a flexible contract basis.This is a low-volume, high-quality role &mdash; approximately 2 hours per week conducting 30-minute consultations, ordering labs, and managing wellness protocols for motivated clients who take their health seriously. No hospital setting, no overnight shifts. You work within agreed availability windows.The initial engagement is one month with a strong likelihood of extension as our membership grows. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced NP seeking a meaningful, intellectually stimulating contract that fits comfortably around an existing schedule.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct 30-minute wellness consultations with members via our telehealth platform or in-person at our Las Vegas office</li><li>Order and review comprehensive biomarker panels (Quest Diagnostics) based on member protocols</li><li>Issue prescriptions and supplement recommendations through our compounding pharmacy partner</li><li>Document encounters in our EHR platform</li><li>Respond to member portal messages within one business day during contracted hours</li><li>Collaborate asynchronously with EMI's Medical Director on complex cases as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active, unrestricted Nevada APRN license with full practice authority &mdash; required</li><li>Telehealth experience &mdash; comfortable conducting and documenting video visits independently</li><li>Interest in or background in longevity, functional, integrative, or preventive medicine strongly preferred</li><li>Comfort interpreting advanced biomarker panels (lipids, hormones, metabolic, inflammatory markers)</li><li>Board certified (ANCC or AANP)</li></ul>Compensation and Terms<ul><li>$85&ndash;$100/hour depending on experience and clinical background &mdash; 1099 independent contractor</li><li>Base commitment: 2 hours per week with potential to expand</li><li>Flexible scheduling within agreed availability windows</li><li>Las Vegas, NV &mdash; hybrid (telehealth and in-person)</li><li>Initial 1-month term with strong likelihood of extension</li></ul>About EMIEternity Medicine Institute operates on a Measure, Mentor, Monitor framework targeting the primary clinical hallmarks of aging.
