This is a totally offline internship; no hybrid or work-from-home options are available. Our office setup is decent, operating from a combination of two shop spaces (totaling four rooms); it's not a large corporate office. Candidates located near or in Gurgaon are preferred.&#9679; Team Size: We currently have a team of 12-15 people.&#9679; Stipend: Interns will receive a stipend ranging from Rs. 10,000 to 15,000 per month, depending on their performance in the final interview round.&#9679; Full-Time CTC: For those offered a full-time role after the internship, the CTC (Cost to Company) will be in the range of Rs 2 Lakhs to Rs 2.4 Lakhs per annum&#9679; Internship Benefits: Interns will receive an Internship Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) upon successful completion of their internship.&#9679; Commitment: We need individuals who can give a long-term commitment to the organization. We aim to retain candidates who perform well as full-time employees.The minimum internship (probation) duration will be 3 months. NOTE:- CANDIDATE NEEDS TO CARRY THERE OWN LAPTOP TO OFFICE Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing<ul><li>Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).</li><li>Execute SMO (Social Media Optimization) strategies to drive engagement.</li><li>Manage marketplace presence (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and coordinate campaigns.</li><li>Handle retention marketing &ndash; email, WhatsApp, remarketing campaigns.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.</li></ul>2. General Marketing &amp; Brand Development<ul><li>Support offline and print marketing initiatives (brochures, posters, packaging).</li><li>Assist in marketing strategy development with leadership.</li><li>Coordinate video shoots, creatives, and design requirements with internal &amp; external teams.</li><li>Work with directors on brand positioning and storytelling.</li><li>Manage PR activities, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.</li></ul>3. Psychology-Driven Insights (Preferred)<ul><li>Apply consumer behavior and psychology principles in campaign strategy.</li><li>Research and analyze target audience behavior, motivation, and preferences.</li><li>Provide psychology-backed insights for branding, retention, and customer engagement.</li><li>Develop content and campaigns that emotionally connect with customers.</li></ul>Skills SetTechnical Skills<ul><li>Advanced Excel &amp; Google Sheets proficiency.</li><li>Knowledge of Digital Marketing, E-commerce &amp; Marketing Campaigns.</li><li>Skilled in Market Research &amp; Data Interpretation.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics.</li><li>Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) &amp; Search Engine Marketing (SEM).</li><li>Strong grasp of Social Media Marketing strategies.</li><li>Ability to create and manage social media content (basic design/video editing preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Creative thinking and storytelling abilities.</li><li>Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.</li><li>Good coordination and team collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Problem-solving and adaptability in early-stage startup culture.</li><li>Strong English proficiency (written).</li></ul>Eligibility<ul><li>Someone who can join as a full-time employee after completing the 3-month internship.</li><li>Someone who is not looking for just a short-term internship.</li><li>Candidates pursuing studies via distance or online mode are preferred.</li><li>Educational background in Psychology is highly preferred.</li></ul>Pursuing or passing a Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Mass Communication, or a related field is strongly preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
