<div><div><b>SR. GRAPHIC DESIGNER</b><br>
<b>GENERAL SUMMARY</b><br>
Etherio is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can take full ownership of creative execution across meetings, conferences, and association clients. This role would report to the Creative Director.<br>
This is a hands-on, senior-level role responsible for leading projects from concept through final delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, experienced designer who can manage multiple priorities, make sound creative decisions, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.<br>
<br>
<b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead the creative development and execution of event branding and visual systems</li>
<li>Design and produce high-volume, high-visibility event collateral, including signage, print materials, and digital assets</li>
<li>Take ownership of projects and drive them forward independently</li>
<li>Translate project goals and direction into clear, effective design solutions</li>
<li>Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines</li>
<li>Build production-ready, scalable files with strong attention to structure and efficiency</li>
<li>Ensure consistency across all deliverables while adapting designs across formats and environments</li>
<li>Identify and resolve design and production challenges proactively</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams and confidently communicate design decisions</li>
<li>Keep current with design trends and digital best practices in both the event marketing space as well as the association management marketing space</li>
</ul><div><b>MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><br>
<b>Minimum Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>8+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, events, or high-output environment</li>
<li>A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project ownership and execution</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop</li>
<li>Strong expertise in print production, file setup, and large-format design</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a deadline-driven environment</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with general direction and project goals</li>
<li>Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills</li>
<li>Experience creating clean, organized, and scalable working files for team environments</li>
<li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Strong eye for layout, typography, color theory, and user experience</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Experience working on conference creative or multi-deliverable campaigns is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Experience with live events, conferences, or trade shows</li>
<li>Environmental or large-format signage design experience</li>
<li>Motion graphics or video (After Effects, Premiere Pro)</li>
<li>Familiarity with digital platforms or event technology</li>

<b>WORKPLACE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS</b><br>
This position is based in our Atlanta office. We operate as a Hybrid work environment, working as a combination of remote and in-office presence, as well as the possibility of being onsite at client and/or event locations.<br>
<br>
<b>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS</b><br>
Occasional travel for event site visits and onsite creative execution (~10&ndash;15%).<br>

<b>SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS</b></div>
<ul><li>Requires flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet client, event, or company needs.</li>
<li>Flexible scheduling during peak event production periods.</li>

<li>Frequently moves inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machinery, etc.</li>
<li>Need to adapt and function in various physical settings (for example, conference centers, indoor and outdoor spaces).</li>
<li>Occasionally required to position self in a stooping, kneeling, or crouching manner.</li>
<li>Frequently communicates with others and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.</li>
<li>Frequently uses computers and other electronic equipment.</li>
