Hiring: Senior Warehouse Operation ExecutiveLocation: Ponneri, Chennai Industry: Pharmaceutical WarehouseJob Summary:Ethics Group of Company is looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Operation Executive to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations at our pharma warehouse in Ponneri, Chennai. The candidate will ensure smooth inventory management, regulatory compliance, and efficient dispatch operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily warehouse activities &ndash; receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock reconciliation.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.</li><li>Monitor temperature-controlled storage (if applicable).</li><li>Handle inward &amp; outward documentation.</li><li>Lead warehouse staff and monitor performance.</li><li>Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational discipline.</li><li>Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.</li><li>Manage ERP / WMS entries and prepare reports.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory control and compliance processes.</li><li>ERP / Warehouse Management System knowledge preferred.</li><li>Strong team handling and leadership skills.</li></ul>Salary:₹25,000 &ndash; ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)Apply:Email: hr7@ethicsgroup.in WhatsApp: 6358919084Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
