Listen to your customers to understand their pains and problems to be addressed and drivers and goals that make them and their businesses successful.</li><li>
Understand the customer&rsquo;s buying process and decision making process and timeline.</li><li>
Optimize product penetration with a view towards increasing customer relationships at all levels of their organization.</li><li>
Facilitate close business relationships with clients' and EthosEnergy senior personnel and management teams to ensure an understanding of client business objectives and to align our delivery requirements / standards with client expectations.</li><li>
Deliver on and exceed the agreed sales targets for your region working in partnership with the commercial, inside sales, technical, and operational resources supporting your region.</li><li>
Manage the assigned sales territory and target customer accounts, maximizing coverage and opportunities within the region.</li><li>
Retain and grow existing revenue and identify, qualify, propose, and close new opportunities.</li><li>
Understand regional competition and market pricing to position our offerings competitively for an efficient selling, proposal, and negotiation process with a high win rate within business expectations.</li><li>
Provide regular feedback to the Product Line on product pricing, costing, delivery schedules, and quality to maintain product competitiveness and on new target products and services based on customer needs and requirements.</li><li>
Participate in and promote a culture of teamwork, customer focus, accountability, excellence, and high performance.</li><li>
Maintain accurate sales and customer information and activities within EthosEnergy sales management systems; manage your sales plan, forecast, and overall pipeline effectively.</li><li>
Actively manage daily responsibilities to develop one&rsquo;s region while demonstrating excellent time management skills.</li><li>

Generate Details for Purchase Requests and send to Planning Engineer for PR Raising to cover materials, tools, 3rd Party Inspections, etc</li><li>
Provide Quality Team with RT Test timings for their coordination with suppliers</li><li>
Generate and maintain Bill of Materials for jobs to ensure Stock Requisition Lists are provided at the same time as the Route Sheet Generation</li><li>
Request items from stores using the iFlight</li><li>
Ensure clear and proper communication with Planning Engineers, Workshop Coordinator, Quality Teams and 3rd Party Companies providing Review of Projects</li><li>
Support Workshop coordinator in providing PMR Updates to Planning Engineers</li><li>
Work with Planning Engineers to build proper project timelines to ensure correct timing of parts and tools throughout the project</li><li>

Overhaul and repair of Various type of pumps,gear boxes, compressors,turbines and associated other equipment.</li><li>
Comply with workshop procedures whilst ensuring all associated documentation is accurately completed e.g. stripping / build reports and work packs, following processes and actions.</li><li>
Competent in the use of all precision measuring and dynamic balancing equipment.</li><li>
Duty of care in all HSE and following Quality procedures.</li><li>
Implementing instructions as recommended from engineering / supervision.</li><li>
Work with Workshop Supervisor to ensure accurate and on time completion of equipment repair and completing strip down reports, assembly rebuild records, and test requirements to meet departmental daily/ weekly work schedule.</li><li>
Ensure all equipment in the fitting area is maintained to a high standard where appropriate liaising with supervisor.</li><li>
Assists in overhauls turbines, pumps, valves, diesel engines, compressors and other similar mechanical equipment. Includes dismantling, repairing, reassembling and testing such equipment.</li><li>
Assist in manufacturing parts for equipment under repair. Including marking, drilling and machining in the workshop as necessary.</li><li>
General housekeeping and cleaning of area of working.</li><li>

Experience</b></h4><ul><li>
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the rotating equipment maintenance or repair field.</li><li>
Proven experience working in oil and gas environments, with a strong understanding of industry-specific safety and operational standards.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of API standards related to rotating machinery (such as pumps, compressors, turbines), with the ability to interpret and apply these standards in workshop and field operations.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Education Requirements</b></h4><ul><li>
ITI in Mechanical Fitters + NCVT.</li><li>
