 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 The Graphic Designer (Junior&ndash;Mid Level) will be dedicated to a specific client and based on-site at the client&rsquo;s office in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on executing high-quality creative assets in line with client requirements and approved brand guidelines, while maintaining agency creative standards. The designer will collaborate with both internal agency teams and client stakeholders to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of creative materials.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and execute creative assets across digital, social media, print, and presentation materials in line with client requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt and resize key visuals across multiple formats and platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure brand consistency and visual accuracy across all deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Art Directors in campaign execution and visual development
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare production-ready files in line with approved specifications and guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement feedback accurately and efficiently from both client and internal stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and client priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative alignment and effective response to client needs
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working across digital, social media, print, and presentation formats
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready files
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and client stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness and ability to work on-site at the client&rsquo;s office in Saudi Arabia
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Animation or motion graphics experience (e.g., After Effects) is a plus

 Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts for various marketing and advertising materials, including print, digital, social media, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the production of visual assets, such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, web designs, email templates, and other promotional materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt and refine existing design templates while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and client expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions to project challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the creation and maintenance of visual assets libraries, ensuring efficient access and organization of design resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance your design skills and bring innovative ideas to the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in pre-production and production processes, such as photo retouching, image sourcing, and file preparation for various output channels.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and ideas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a strong desire to grow within a creative team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous internship, freelance, or entry-level design experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of Saudi market visual communication, including cultural sensitivity, modest representation, Saudi attire accuracy, and audience-appropriate design choices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of production requirements, including resizing, print preparation, digital specs, safe margins, bleed, resolution, and final artwork delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable using AI tools to support visual creation and exploration, including generating campaign visuals, moodboards, references, image extensions, retouching support, and concept development using different AI models and platforms.
 </li>
 </ul>
