SALES ENGINEER

Job Title : QAQC HeadResponsibilities: 1. Responsible for QAQC documents and submitals.2. Responsible for fit-up inspection-related activities on the fabrication stage in compliance with the project specification.3. Responsible for welding &amp; NDT inspection-related activities on the welding stage in compliance with the project specification.4. Carry out various types of inspection such as dimension inspection, visual inspection, joint inspection, fit-up assembly inspection, hole location &amp; orientation inspection, visual inspection, weld visual inspection, and in-house NDT inspection.5. Responsible for Painting inspectionsQualifications:1. Certifications required: CSWIP 3.1, BGAS-CSWIP Paint Inspector, ASNT NDT atleast MPI 2. QA/QC Head

- Reporting to Production Foreman- Reads and interprets engineering drawings to determine specific welding requirements.- Connects cables from welding unit to obtain amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse, as specified by superiors.- Manually guides electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld, and size of molten puddle.- Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions (1F, 2F, 3F, 4F, 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G.- MS Steel and GI welding. Aluminum and Stainless-steel welding is preferable- Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.- Repairs broken or cracked parts and fills holes.- Positions and clamps work pieces together or assemble them in jig or fixtures.- Selects torch, torch tip, filler ford and flux, according to welding chart specifications or type and thickness of material.- Tacks assemblies together.- Chips off excess weld, slag, and spatter.- Cleans or de-greases parts.- Performs all necessary maintenance and repair on all equipment used in welding.- Be able to move parts in and move finished product out of welding areaJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available in Qatar with Transferable visa ?</li></ul>

HR &amp; Accounts AssistantReporting to: HR &amp; Accounts HeadResponsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in managing employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation.</li><li>Support recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.</li><li>Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime sheets, and prepare monthly attendance summaries.</li><li>Assist in processing employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.</li><li>Update HR databases with new employee information, transfers, warnings, resignations, etc.</li><li>Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances.</li><li>Coordinate staff training, medical certificates, insurance cards, visa renewals, and other HR compliance tasks.</li><li>Handle routine employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, salary slips, etc.</li><li>Assist the HR &amp; Accounts Head in implementing HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Assist with daily accounting entries including purchase invoices, sales invoices, payments, petty cash, and expenses.</li><li>Reconcile supplier statements, customer balances, and follow up on pending payments.</li><li>Support preparation of monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and expense summaries.</li><li>Maintain accurate records for vendor bills, LPOs, quotations, receipts, and payment vouchers.</li><li>Support payroll processing by coordinating salary sheets with HR.</li><li>Assist in bank reconciliation and daily cash/bank balance reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for document submission, invoices, and approvals.</li><li>Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.</li><li>Prepare reports, letters, memos, and maintain office records as required.</li><li>Assist in coordinating internal audits and external audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of data.</li><li>Provide administrative support to HR &amp; Accounts Head for daily tasks and projects.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience</li><li>Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll, attendance, and basic accounting principles.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting/HR software (ERP experience is an advantage).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have transferable visa ?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
