Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our growing IT support team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 0&ndash;1 years of experience and a strong passion for technology and problem-solving. A candidate with basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge in MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) is preferred.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues</li><li>Assist end-users in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and commonly used applications.</li><li>Monitor, track, and respond to incoming support tickets based on assigned priority levels.</li><li>Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software under guidance.</li><li>Document support tickets, resolution steps, and end-user interactions in the helpdesk system.</li><li>Support user account creation, password resets, and permission changes in Active Directory.</li><li>Help maintain IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, etc.</li><li>Follow standard operating procedures and support best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>0&ndash;1 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk or related technical role (internships count).</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of Windows OS (7/10)</li><li>Understanding of computer hardware, peripheral devices, and networking basics.</li><li>Familiarity with Active Directory, printers/scanners, and remote desktop tools.</li><li>Knowledge of basic command-line utilities and Windows administrative tools.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Work Locations: Maadi &amp; Abbassia, Cairo</li><li>Net Salary: 7,000 EGP</li><li>Shifts: Rotational shifts</li><li>Employment Type: Full-Time</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>The net salary is 7000 EGP , do you accept the salary structure? </li><li>Work location is Abbasia and Maadi , do you accept this condition?</li></ul>
