<p>We are seeking a <strong>passionate and results-driven Students Recruitmemt and Coordination Manager</strong> to lead our Institute s B2C sales and coordination operations across classroom-based and online learning programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve business objectives.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and oversee the B2C sales and coordination teams to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.</li>
<li>Provide strategic direction and hands-on operational support to drive business performance.</li>
<li>Monitor daily sales performance and collections, ensuring sales pipelines are aligned with revenue goals.</li>
<li>Plan and manage course schedules up to six months in advance to ensure operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Conduct regular team meetings, sales briefings, and product training sessions to ensure readiness and motivation.</li>
<li>Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports against agreed targets and KPIs.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the <strong>Marketing</strong> department to align promotional activities and course schedules with revenue plans.</li>
<li>Collaborate with <strong>HR</strong> and <strong>Course Solutions</strong> teams to ensure adequate instructor availability based on course demand.</li>
<li>Drive student retention initiatives and minimize refund cases while optimizing group sizes.</li>
<li>Ensure efficient use of lead management systems and maintain accurate data tracking.</li>
<li>Manage individual team member performance, providing coaching and development where necessary.</li>
<li>Support the management team in implementing new sales strategies and identifying growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary contact for outreach and partnership activities with schools, universities, and agencies.</li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></h3><p><br>
Candidare must be currently residing in UAE</p><p><br>
Minimum of <b>5 years&rsquo; experience</b>, including at least <b>2 years in a sales or coordination management role</b>, preferably within the education sector in the UAE.</p><p><b><br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</b> in Business Administration or a related field.</p><p><br>
Proven experience in people management, sales training, and performance management.</p><p><br>
