As our HR Business Partner, your mission is to support our managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle &ndash; with a strong focus on our Luxembourg entity and additional support for Germany.<br>
This role is close to the business and hands-on in execution. You will act as a trusted partner for managers while also ensuring operational excellence in HR processes.</p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Your role and responsibility</b></h4><p>
In this position you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>
Acting as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, primarily in Luxembourg and partly in Germany</li><li>
Supporting the full employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding</li><li>
Preparing payroll data and ensuring accurate handover to external payroll providers</li><li>
Coordinating closely with payroll providers, authorities, and relevant institutions (e.g. social security, tax offices)</li><li>
Drafting contracts, contract amendments, and HR-related documentation</li><li>
Advising managers on labor law topics and HR best practices (Luxembourg &amp; Germany)</li><li>
Supporting employee relations, including handling individual cases and performance topics</li><li>
Ensuring smooth HR administration and maintaining employee data in HR systems (Personio)</li><li>
Contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes</li><li>
Managing recruiting processes on demand in close alignment with the Senior Recruiter and Hiring Managers (low volume, non-continuous hiring)</li><li>
Supporting onboarding and employee engagement initiatives</li><li>
Collaborating with the broader HR team across locations</li><li>
Regular on-site presence in Luxembourg to support the local organization, combined with flexible remote work options</li></ul><p></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Your experience and profile</b></h4><p>
We are looking for:</p><ul><li>
Several years of experience in a generalist HR role (e.g. HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Personalreferent)</li><li>
Solid knowledge of labor law and HR practices, ideally in Luxembourg and/or Germany</li><li>
Hands-on experience in payroll preparation and coordination with external providers</li><li>
Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail</li><li>
A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to challenges</li><li>
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>
High level of reliability, ownership, and confidentiality</li><li>
Excellent German and English skills (French is a plus)</li><li>
Ideally based within reasonable distance to Luxembourg or willing to travel regularly</li></ul><p></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
