Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive accounting functions for a Great Midtown Manhattan Client . This vital role involves overseeing all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards, and supporting the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting software, financial concepts, and a proactive approach to maintaining precise financial records. Join us to contribute your expertise in a dynamic environment that values accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.Duties<ul><li>Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring proper coding and adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)</li><li>Reconcile balance sheets and perform account analysis to ensure accuracy across all financial statements</li><li>Oversee payroll management using systems such as ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, or Kronos, ensuring timely processing and compliance with tax regulations</li><li>Maintain detailed records of financial transactions using accounting software like QuickBooks</li><li>Conduct monthly closing procedures and prepare financial reports for management review</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role with a focus on corporate or governmental accounting</li><li>Extensive knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP principles and experience with technical accounting practices</li><li>Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex and payroll management processes</li><li>Experience with account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and double-entry bookkeeping methods</li><li>Good to have - Conversational in Hebrew</li></ul>Join us as a Full Charge Bookkeeper to bring precision and clarity to our clients financial operations.
