Attendance Management&middot; Prepare and maintain the attendance tracking format.&middot; Add and delete employee names in the attendance system.&middot; Download and update weekly attendance data.&middot; Send email reminders to employees missing biometric entries.&middot; Verify attendance discrepancies using CCTV footage.&middot; Send absence notifications to concerned employees.&middot; Update leaves in the attendance file.&middot; Coordinate and collect signatures for the wage register.&middot; 2. Joining Formalities&middot; Send joining mails to selected candidates.&middot; Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.&middot; Collect and maintain new employee documentation.&middot; Maintain a file with new employee basic information.&middot; Organize and update new employee document folders.&middot; Print, scan, and file all relevant HR documents.&middot; Send office guidelines and onboarding instructions to new employees.&middot; Update the ID card information file.Issue ESIC forms and guide employees through the process.NOTE-Need only female candidatesJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
