Material Receiving &amp; Inspection<ul><li>Receive MEP materials (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting) at site/store</li><li>Verify deliveries against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Notes, and Invoices</li><li>Check quantity, specification, brand, and physical condition</li><li>Report shortages, damages, or non-conforming materials</li></ul>2. Storage &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Properly store and segregate materials by trade and category</li><li>Maintain safe storage for cables, pipes, valves, panels, fixtures, accessories</li><li>Ensure materials are protected from damage, moisture, theft, and dust</li><li>Follow FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable</li></ul>3. Material Issue &amp; Control<ul><li>Issue materials only against approved Material Requisition Notes (MRN)</li><li>Record all material issues, returns, and transfers</li><li>Track daily inward and outward movement</li><li>Prevent over-issuance and unauthorized use of materials</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Records<ul><li>Maintain updated stock registers (manual or system-based)</li><li>Keep records of GRN, MRN, delivery notes, and return slips</li><li>Prepare daily / weekly / monthly inventory reports</li><li>Maintain proper filing for audits and site inspections</li></ul>5. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, procurement, and planning teams</li><li>Inform procurement about low stock levels and re-order requirements</li><li>Support engineers by ensuring materials availability as per work schedule</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Store keeper (MEP)

1. Tender &amp; Bid Preparation<ul><li>Review tender drawings, BOQs, specs, and scope documents</li><li>Identify gaps, risks, and clarifications in tender documents</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out works</li><li>(partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, FF&amp;E, etc.)</li><li>Price variations, alternates, and value-engineering options</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure submissions meet client, consultant, and deadline requirements2. Quantity Take-Offs</li></ul><ul><li>Perform accurate material and labor take-offs</li><li>Measure items from drawings and BIM models</li><li>Break down quantities by trade (carpentry, gypsum, glass, metal, painting, etc.)</li><li>Maintain take-off records for audit and revisions</li></ul>3. Supplier &amp; Subcontractor Coordination<ul><li>Issue RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors</li><li>Analyze and compare vendor quotations</li><li>Negotiate prices, lead times, and technical compliance</li><li>Build and maintain a vendor rate database</li></ul>4. Costing &amp; Pricing<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost build-ups (materials, labor, overheads, profit)</li><li>Apply market rates and productivity norms</li><li>Factor in logistics, preliminaries, site constraints, and risks</li><li>Ensure margins align with company targets</li></ul>5. Value Engineering &amp; Cost Optimization<ul><li>Propose alternative materials or methods to reduce cost</li><li>Work with design, procurement, and project teams to optimize solutions</li><li>Support client presentations for cost-saving proposals</li></ul>6. Contract &amp; Post-Tender Support<ul><li>Assist in contract negotiations</li><li>Provide handover packages to project execution teams</li><li>Support variation pricing and claims</li><li>Track cost changes vs tender assumptions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
