You&rsquo;ll be responsible for creating a positive and supportive environment where kids can learn, play, and thrive.Key Responsibilities:Class Management:<ul><li>Manage classes of 8-16 students (ages 5-10) for after-school programs.</li><li>Deliver exciting lessons using our provided plans that keep kids engaged.</li></ul>Training &amp; Preparation:<ul><li>Participate in a two-day training session to get you up to speed with our program.</li><li>Set up and transport necessary equipment.</li></ul>Administrative Tasks:<ul><li>Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out procedures.</li><li>Foster positive communication with parents and school staff.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback on each student&rsquo;s progress.</li></ul>Capture the Fun:<ul><li>Snap photos of kids in action during sessions to showcase their progress!</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Must be at least 19 years old.</li><li>At least a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in teaching or playing tennis is preferred, but not required.</li><li>A passion for working with children and creating a positive learning atmosphere.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a resilient, positive attitude.</li><li>Reliable transportation throughout the East and South Bay and Peninsula.</li><li>Willingness to undergo a background check and be fully vaccinated.</li></ul>Locations &amp; Schedule:<ul><li>Classes are held at various elementary schools across the Bay Area.</li><li>Classes run for 1 - 1.5 hours, starting between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.</li><li>Work two or more days per week with a maximum of 2-5 hours weekly.</li></ul>Ready to Make an Impact?Candidates must be local to the US or possess a valid working visa, as we do not provide visa assistance.
