You&rsquo;ll provide fun and engaging tennis classes for students in Grades K-3 at elementary schools across the Bay Area.Why Join Us?<ul><li>Flexible Schedule: Perfect for students, parents, or anyone looking to supplement their income!</li><li>Competitive Pay: Earn between $18.00 - $28.00 per hour while sharing your love for tennis.</li><li>Impactful Work: Help children develop physical skills and a love for sports in a fun, supportive environment!</li></ul>Your Role:As an Elementary Tennis Coach, you will lead dynamic tennis classes for students in grades K-5, manage their participation, and encourage physical activity in a fun and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Class Management:<ul><li>Manage classes of 8-16 enthusiastic students aged 5-10.</li><li>Teach tennis using provided lesson plans that keep kids engaged and excited.</li></ul>Training &amp; Preparation:<ul><li>Attend a maximum of two-day unpaid training/shadowing session to familiarize yourself with our program.</li><li>Transport and set up tennis equipment for each class to ensure a smooth experience.</li></ul>Administrative Tasks:<ul><li>Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out procedures.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents and school staff as needed.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback on each student&rsquo;s progress.</li></ul>Capture the Fun:<ul><li>Snap photos of kids in action during sessions to showcase their progress!</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Must be at least 19 years old.</li><li>At least a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in teaching or playing tennis is preferred, but not required.</li><li>Certification (USPTA/PTR) is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>A passion for working with children and creating a positive learning atmosphere.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a resilient, positive attitude.</li><li>Reliable transportation throughout the East and South Bay and Peninsula.</li><li>Willingness to undergo a background check and be fully vaccinated.</li></ul>Locations &amp; Schedule:<ul><li>Classes are held at various elementary schools across the Bay Area.</li><li>Classes run for 1 - 1.5 hours, starting between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.</li><li>Work two or more days per week with a maximum of 2-5 hours weekly.</li></ul>Ready to Make an Impact?Candidates must be local to the US or possess a valid working visa, as we do not provide visa assistance.
