Job Description 
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Perform hands‑on sampling and testing of compressed gas systems and tankers</li><li>
Work inside cleanrooms to dispense raw materials and inspect containers</li><li>
Receive, handle, label, and dispose of samples safely and accurately</li><li>
Calibrate or verify calibration of instruments before use</li><li>
Record test results with precision and flag any unusual findings</li><li>
Keep lab supplies stocked and maintain a clean, organized workspace</li><li>
Deliver excellent service to internal clients and manufacturing partners</li><li>
Complete required training and stay current on procedures and regulations</li><li>
Follow all regulatory and safety requirements in a GMP‑aligned environment</li></ul>

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite, lab‑based role in biopharmaceutical cleanrooms and laboratory spaces. You&rsquo;ll spend significant time in ISO 8 cleanrooms, which require specific gowning and hygiene standards:<ul><li>
No cosmetics (makeup, false lashes, spray tans, etc.)</li><li>
Short, unpolished nails</li><li>
No jewelry (except medical alert items or a simple band that fits under gloves)</li><li>
Hair must be fully contained in a hairnet; facial hair must be neatly trimmed and coverable</li></ul>
These standards help protect product quality and ensure a safe, controlled environment.

Job Description 
Eurofins Built Environment Testing Central is seeking a Login Specialist to join our Houston, TX site location.
The Login Specialist ensures efficient and accurate running of fast-paced laboratory tasks, including sample receipt/processing, interaction with clients, and the review and submittal of reporting. This position will require a high level of focus, detail-oriented accuracy and the ability to multitask.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Laboratory Operations:<ul><li>
Perform Work Functions and Keep Records as per Approved SOP&rsquo;s and/or Laboratory Policies</li><li>
Receive/Login Samples</li><li>
Generate Sample Reports/Invoices</li><li>
Manage Open Orders/Workflow</li><li>
Identify and Record Nonconformities on Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and on Preventive Action Requests (PAR).</li><li>
Correct Nonconformities and Potential Nonconformities</li><li>
Act as Liaison between Customers &amp; Lab to Facilitate Completion of Work</li></ul>
Administrative Operations:<ul><li>
Greet/Welcome Walk-In Customers</li><li>
Monitor and Respond to Customer Requests</li><li>
Answer Phones and Screen Incoming calls for management</li><li>
Direct Lab Inquires to Lab</li><li>
Administrative Support to Managers/Supervisors</li><li>
Assist in Planning Staff Meetings/Birthday Celebrations</li><li>

Qualifications 
Basic Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>
HS Diploma</li><li>
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship</li><li>
Professional working proficiency in English is required, including the ability to read, write, and speak in English.</li></ul>
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills and knowledge:<ul><li>
Previous Customer Service Experience (1-2 years of experience prefered)</li><li>
Proven Office organizational and administrative skills, including previous experience supporting data entry and utilizing Microsoft Office Applications</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple priorities</li><li>
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills</li><li>
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and attention to detail</li><li>

Job Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>

Identify process difficulties and report these together with proposed solutions to supervisor.</li><li>
Maintain a perpetual state of readiness and willingness to respond to the queries and needs of clients, staff, and co-workers.</li><li>
