Eurofins MTS - Consumer Product testing

Calibration &amp; Equipment Management&middot; Plan, execute, and monitor internal and external calibration of laboratory equipment as per defined schedules.&middot; Ensure all equipment is calibrated, labeled, and maintained in line with NABL / ISO IEC 17025 requirements.&middot; Review and verify calibration certificates for compliance and accuracy.&middot; Maintain calibration master lists, traceability records, and uncertainty data.Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting&middot; Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of lab instruments and testing setups.&middot; Diagnose equipment faults and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for repair and servicing.&middot; Minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal utilization of lab assets.&middot; Support installation, qualification, and validation of new equipment.Compliance &amp; Audits&middot; Support internal audits, NABL assessments, and surveillance audits related to calibration and equipment control.&middot; Ensure adherence to SOPs, test methods, and quality system procedures.&middot; Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) related to equipment or calibration non-conformities.Documentation &amp; Reporting&middot; Maintain accurate documentation including calibration logs, maintenance records, service reports, and SOPs.&middot; Assist in preparation and review of technical documents related to equipment and calibration.&middot; Ensure timely updates of records in LIMS / internal systems, as applicable.Cross-Functional Support&middot; Work closely with testing teams to support smooth execution of testing activities.&middot; Provide technical guidance on equipment handling and best practices.&middot; Support business delivery requirements and any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
