What's your mission?
We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in India.
In this role, you&rsquo;ll combine strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence to design and execute marketing initiatives tailored to the Indian market, while staying aligned with our global vision. You&rsquo;ll work across categories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and strengthen our brand presence.

As Marketing Manager &ndash; Cross Category, you will play a key role in shaping Eurofragance&rsquo;s presence in the Indian market. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Market &amp; Consumer Understanding<ul><li>Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and product categories to identify opportunities.</li><li>Research new trends and monitor product launches to understand consumer preferences.</li><li>Detect gaps in the market and propose strategies for business growth.</li><li>Benchmark Eurofragance against competitors to highlight our strengths.</li><li>Spot short, medium, and long-term opportunities to support the marketing calendar and innovation plans.</li></ul>
2. Marketing Programs Development<ul><li>Design and implement marketing programs and creative presentation techniques to showcase fragrances.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Evaluation, Insights, and Perfumers to support projects and win briefs.</li><li>Develop brand strategies and creative concepts that connect client needs with fragrance solutions.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities and transform them into actionable programs.</li></ul>
3. Client Engagement &amp; Storytelling<ul><li>Create compelling stories around Eurofragance products using market data and insights.</li><li>Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations that demonstrate our expertise.</li><li>Provide creative fragrance solutions to address client challenges.</li><li>Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth project execution with internal teams.</li></ul>
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Help prioritize target accounts at regional, national, and global levels.</li><li>Share information on new launches with Sales teams and customers.</li><li>Maintain updated customer profiles and olfactive mappings (with FDM support).</li><li>Conduct regular market visits with Sales and Evaluation teams to track brand and competitor strategies.</li><li>Support marketing events such as tradeshows and campaigns; lead fragrance selection, messaging, and concepts at exhibitions.</li><li>Keep records of Eurofragance&rsquo;s project wins and manage stock of market products and promotional materials.</li><li>Prepare quarterly reports on new launches and coordinate marketing collaterals with external vendors.</li><li>
</li></ul>What you need to shine in this role<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Management, Marketing &amp; Advertising.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the fragrance industry or a similar sector.</li><li>Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).</li><li>Proven experience working with Euromonitor, Mintel, and Canva.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.</li><li>Location: Mumbai, India</li></ul>
