 Provide best-in-class and timely customer and sales operational service to the Eurofragance Turkey customer portfolio, maintaining a solution-oriented approach and working closely with the Customer Service &amp; Logistics Manager.
 
 
 
 🛠️Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll be rocking every day
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver the highest quality service to customers in Turkey by handling customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create customer sample requests using the project management software and SAP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on client project deadlines in close coordination with the commercial teams to support the smooth running of the sales cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve customer queries and proactively anticipate potential improvements through clear and timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the shipment and delivery of fragrance samples for client visits in collaboration with Development and Technical teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide customers with all required regulatory documentation, liaising directly with the Regulatory Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Register and track customer non-conformities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update customer master data in SAP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on import order processes and daily local shipments, ensuring the timely delivery of both international and local orders (future responsibility).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 ✅ What you need to shine in this role
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Management, International Trade, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Languages: high level of English, native or high proficiency in Turkish.
 </li>
 <li>
 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within global companies in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

 Your mission is to support the coordination of administrative and operational activities, with a focus on occupational health &amp; safety processes, international communication, medical coordination, and day-to-day office management. You will ensure that information, documentation, and routine operations are properly managed, contributing to an organized and efficient work environment.

 Administrative &amp; Office Management
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations

 Organize birthday celebrations and internal events
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate meal and catering arrangements
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage office purchases and supermarket orders (e.g. Migros)
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and share the weekly home office / remote working list every Monday
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle DHL and courier shipments
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage stationery and office supply purchases
 </li>

 Coordinate laboratory-related procurement

 Occupational Health &amp; Safety (ISG)

 Coordinate and organize training sessions and related schedules

 Manage communication flow between the company and the OHS (ISG) service provider
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, complete, and follow up on OHS-related documents and paperwork
 </li>

 Ensure timely handling of compliance-related processes
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 International Coordination (HSE)
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Act as a communication bridge between overseas stakeholders and the company
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in and coordinate regular meetings with international teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and complete required documentation and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Support cross-border operational communication
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Medical &amp; Vendor Coordination
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage communication with doctors, laboratories, and medical service providers for TR office
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain pricing for tests, medical analyses, and related services
 </li>
 <li>
 Request and compare quotations from suppliers and service providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Share offers with management and coordinate approval processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the execution of related operational arrangements
