 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 highly organised, assertive, and detail-driven HR Administrator
 
 to join our Dubai head office.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is not a routine HR support role &mdash; it&rsquo;s a pivotal position responsible for ensuring that every HR process runs with precision, compliance, and professionalism.
 
 
 
 
 
 The successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle &mdash; from onboarding to payroll &mdash; and will be trusted to
 
 step in and lead the HR department in the HR Manager&rsquo;s absence
 
 , ensuring continuity, discipline, and adherence to company policy.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, contracts, payroll, and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with PROs and DMCC authorities for visa, insurance, and employment documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee records and reporting via
 
 Zoho People
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce company policies, the Employee Handbook, and HR Manual.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of HR administration experience in the UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of
 
 UAE Labour Law
 
 and DMCC regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with
 
 Zoho People
 
 or similar HRIS systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, organisation, and document-management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence to perform all HR Manager duties when delegated.
 </li>
