We are seeking a hands-on Bodyshop / Car Care Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the bodyshop and car care teams (PPF &amp; Tinting, Denting painting, detailing, polishing and related services).</li><li>Allocate work orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of repairs and services.</li><li>Conduct quality checks on completed jobs to meet company standards.</li><li>Provide leadership, coaching, and training to technicians and detailing staff.</li><li>Manage workflow, job scheduling, and customer delivery timelines.</li><li>Maintain inventory of bodyshop materials, car care products, and equipment.</li><li>Uphold workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.</li><li>Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service delivery.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in an automotive bodyshop or car care environment minimum of 3 Years of Experience preferably in UAE.</li><li>Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of body repair, refinishing, and detailing processes.</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.</li></ul>Salary will be discuss during the interview.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per month
