As a Center Manager at European Wax Center, you will hold full responsibility and accountability for all center activities, overseeing day-to-day operations, achieving performance metrics and financial objectives, maintaining exemplary service standards, leading the center team, fostering team development, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

 KEY RESPONSABILITIES:<ul><li>Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.</li><li>Manage costs effectively, from labor to product usage, to optimize financial performance and ensure operational efficiency.</li><li>Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and nurturing a culture of excellence.</li><li>Recruit, onboard, train, and develop in-center associates.</li><li>Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.</li><li>Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall business success.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
1 to 2 years of retail management experience, with direct employee supervision of 5+ people.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing high-performing associates.</li><li>
Highly resourceful individual, with the ability to solve problems in a timely manner and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships amongst team members.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills demonstrated by a capacity to lead by example, providing support, ensuring attention to detail, maintaining quality and service standards, and facilitating positive interactions.</li><li>
Demonstrated effectiveness in working autonomously with limited supervision.</li><li>
Business and financial proficiency.</li><li>
Sales experience is highly preferred.</li><li>
Openness to feedback for professional and personal growth.</li><li>
Working proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).</li></ul>
PAY:<ul><li>$68,640/year plus commission and bonus opportunity.</li></ul>
JOB TYPE:<ul><li>
Full-time.
</li></ul>SCHEDULE:<ul><li>
40 hours/week, including one weekend day and changing shifts (AM and PM).</li><li>
Weekend availability.</li></ul>
