Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions<ul><li>
Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols and techniques.</li><li>
Build a book of business and retain guests using our rebook scripts &amp; delivering the ultimate guest experience and 100% guest satisfaction.</li><li>
Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their overall experience and results.</li><li>
Uphold the brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.</li><li>
Maintain Wax Specialist Key Performance Indicators (KPI) according to brand standard.</li><li>
Contribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.</li><li>
Train and role model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center.</li></ul>
Work Environment<ul><li>
Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors.</li><li>
Must be able to adapt to change in activity frequently as the business requires.</li><li>
Most work performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled.</li><li>
Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day. Standing, walking, and sitting are required. Length of time at these tasks varies from day to day.</li><li>
Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally</li><li>
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with clients, co-workers, and management.</li></ul>

Education / Experience / Qualifications<ul><li>
Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license.</li><li>
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective consultations with guests.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise and efficient waxing services. Self-motivated and process focused.</li><li>
Ability to adapt to varying guest preferences and comfort levels. Outstanding communication skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of skincare and waxing products, with the ability to recommend products based on individual guest needs.</li><li>
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>

WAX SPECIALIST

<ul><li>Currently, we are looking for waxers with Orange or Red Level European Wax Center experience.</li><li>If you do not have EWC experiance in the last year or any EWC experiance, we are not able to consider currenlty due to high volume and low staffing. </li><li>Experience in Mens Brazilian is a plus</li><li>Open availability is a must.</li></ul>We are looking for EWC experienced Licensed Esthetician / Cosmetologist to join our growing team to deliver exceptional, personalized services to our guests.
