The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have experience with various clerical and administrative tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and excellent communication are valued.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Support office management tasks such as organizing files, preparing reports, and managing correspondence</li><li>Assist with administrative projects as needed to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Uphold proper phone etiquette and provide administrative support to team members as a personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist when required</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and staff</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping</li><li>Experience with office management systems such as multi-line phone systems and clerical software like QuickBooks</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities</li><li>Proven office or administrative experience, including receptionist duties or personal assistant roles</li><li>Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong time management skills</li></ul>This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in an organized environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to contribute positively to our team.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $13.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
