 What you will be doing at Evalueserve
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 HRBP will work with Business on different HR strategies and ensure that strategies are properly implemented.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create various insights about the overall health of the LOB which includes Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals (EWS) on attrition, Talent management, Engagements, retention, exit interviews etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 HRBP will be responsible for managing core HR processes like Salary Program, Promotions, Goal settings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively manage the impact of potential attrition and work with the business to manage monthly &amp; annual attrition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create a robust employee network to understand and act on pulse of the floor as well as the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner business for people related initiatives like career discussions, performance management, diversity, employee salary reviews, policy adherence, managing Hi-Pots, managing span-ratios, improving performance of low performers, training first time managers etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and execute IDPs for critical talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and execute the employee engagement framework, which includes employees Town Hall, R&amp;R, Leadership Connects, Retention Programs etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent as guardian of change management that have any people implications. Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify training needs for the business, work with L&amp;D Team for appropriate programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in creating HR dashboards, presentations, and reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What we are looking for

 Immediate Joiners needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 4-8 years of experience in Human Resource Business Partnering preferably in financial services/ IT Services/ Consulting or non-IT domains.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
 </li>

 What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

 Support in seeing through the execution of project timelines, milestones, and task assignments.

 Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.

 Collaborate with technical teams during project execution to track progress and resolve blockers.

 Document test cases, results, and ensure timely issue resolution.
 </li>

 Monitor adherence to project standards, governance, and compliance requirements.

 Support on developing tracking methods, as well as preparing and delivering regular status updates, dashboards, and reports for leadership.

 <li>
 Manage project risks and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct benchmarking and best practice research to enable project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote collaboration and maintain a positive team environment.
 </li>

 Manage workload distribution and track performance metrics.

 What we're looking for:
 
 
 <ul>

 An ideal candidate will have experience with a reputed organization, specializing in project management or management consulting, preferably with exposure to Governmental or Public Sector actors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic &amp; English: Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with on-site trips outside Egypt for a duration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident in client communication and liaison with senior stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education in business administration / political science and economics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree and PMI certification preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Well versed in using General web for research. Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Strong project management skills.

 Possess a flexible &amp; detail-oriented attitude.
