 What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1.Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of evidence-driven frameworks that quantify development impact across sectors and portfolios.
 
 
 2.Work closely with senior stakeholders to:

 Conduct sector performance diagnostics.
 </li>

 Integrate financial efficacy analysis.
 </li>

 Turn complex datasets into clear strategic insights.

 4.Build scalable tools and models that support investment decisions and policy action.
 
 
 5. Shape how impact is measured, communicated, and embedded into decision-making across the ecosystem.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What we&rsquo;re We are looking for:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1.A strategic thinker with 8&ndash;12 years of experience in:

 Impact measurement.

 Monitoring &amp; evaluation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Development consulting.
 </li>

 Data-driven program strategy.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 2.Strong ability to:

 </li>

 Interpret complex datasets.
 </li>

 Build actionable insights for senior decision-makers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 3.Valued experience in:

 Health or development sector diagnostics.
 </li>

 Policy-linked analytics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 4.Ability to operate at both conceptual and execution levels:
