This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal career while contributing to impactful cases across various practice areas.Duties<ul><li>Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally, providing clear information and guiding them through the intake process</li><li>Conduct initial client interviews to gather relevant case information with sensitivity and confidentiality</li><li>Manage incoming calls with polished phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately and scheduling appointments</li><li>Calendar and review docket</li><li>Support attorneys with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document review, and managing deadlines</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently</li><li>Good typing skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Exceptional written communication skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence</li><li>Ability to provide executive administrative support including scheduling and phone etiquette</li><li>Strong data entry skills combined with clerical experience such as filing and record keeping</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 14 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: In person
