What You&rsquo;ll Do: 
 The Store Key Holder is a full-time, hourly management position. The Key Holder is a member of the Retail Operations team and is tasked with assisting the Store Manager with the daily operation of the retail store and the continued development of the store team members, clients and volunteers. This position will also help identify opportunities for the personal and professional growth of employees in support of Goodwill&rsquo;s mission.

Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to provide top-tier customer service, maintain clean and safe facilities, and manage inventory using data-driven performance insights.</li><li>
Oversee product logistics, including sorting, pricing, stocking, and using equipment like pallet jacks, while ensuring accurate cash handling and store finance reporting.</li><li>
Train, supervise, and develop team members, assisting with day-to-day operations and conducting audits to implement improvements.</li></ul>
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee store operations, including scheduling labor, maintaining supplies, ensuring branding and security, and managing donations in accordance with Goodwill policies.</li><li>
Support team communication, hold store meetings, track statistical counts, and ensure timely completion of cash reports and daily deposits.</li><li>
Stay informed on product trends, perform janitorial tasks, and participate in Goodwill events, while maintaining punctuality and a positive customer and donor experience.</li></ul>

 Under the leadership of the Store Manager, the Sales Associate is a member of the Donated Goods Retail Operations team and is tasked with the daily operations of the retail store. The Sales Associate is responsible for obtaining payment for merchandise by accurately itemizing and totaling customer purchases, keeping the store full and fresh of merchandise by processing, stocking and pulling, and excellent customer service. This position will also assist in the training and development of store team members, clients, and volunteers. 
Job Type: Part-time
