Role Summary</b></h3>
As a Quality Engineer, you will support consistent, customer-ready product quality across our plastics injection operations. This role exists to strengthen process capability, ensure documentation accuracy, and help resolve quality concerns with speed and clarity.<br>

Key responsibilities include:<br>
<ul><li>Lead APQP/PPAP activities, including submissions, revisions, and record control</li><li>Apply GD&amp;T interpretation to support inspection plans, measurement strategy, and part acceptance</li><li>Analyze quality data, drive corrective/preventive actions, and verify effectiveness</li><li>Coordinate customer communication on quality topics, including responses and follow-up</li><li>Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to reduce variation and improve yields</li></ul><br>
Required qualifications/skills:<br>
<ul><li>5+ years of plastics injection experience</li><li>5+ years of PPAP experience</li><li>5+ years of GD&amp;T experience</li><li>5+ years of customer service experience</li></ul><br>

Your Typical Day</b></h3>
You&rsquo;ll work onsite in Calhoun, GA, typically Monday&ndash;Friday from 7am&ndash;4pm (hours may adjust with business needs). The day often starts with reviewing prior-shift quality results and open customer items, then moving between the floor and your workspace to confirm measurement results, update documentation, and align next steps with production and engineering. Expect regular touchpoints to keep PPAP files current, clarify drawing details, and close the loop on corrective actions. You&rsquo;ll finish the day documenting outcomes, communicating status, and preparing priorities for the next morning.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
