Job Title: US HR Manager &ndash; Healthcare Staffing Location: Onsite &ndash; Bhubaneswar, Odisha Shift: Night Shift (US Hours) Employment Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced US HR Manager with a strong background in the US Healthcare Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a workforce of 100+ employees, handling all HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and HR processes aligned with US staffing standards. This is an onsite night-shift role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end HR operations for 100+ employees within US Healthcare staffing processes.</li><li>Manage onboarding, documentation, compliance, background checks, credentialing, and employee file audits as per US standards.</li><li>Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees, resolving queries efficiently.</li><li>Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management programs.</li><li>Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, shift management, and HR reporting.</li><li>Ensure adherence to US labor guidelines applicable to healthcare staffing (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership teams to support business goals.</li><li>Conduct training sessions, performance evaluations, and regular HR reviews.</li><li>Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances professionally.</li><li>Maintain HR MIS reports and ensure timely compliance submissions.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 4&ndash;7 years of experience in HR management within the US Healthcare Staffing industry.</li><li>Proven experience managing a workforce of 100+ employees.</li><li>Strong understanding of W2, 1099, C2C, onboarding compliance, and healthcare staffing practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work night shift (US hours) without constraints.</li><li>Must be willing to work onsite in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Experience with HRMS tools, documentation systems, and compliance portals.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in a high-volume US staffing environment.</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA, JCAHO, and other healthcare staffing compliance norms.</li><li>Experience working with recruitment teams for nurses, therapists, clinicians, or healthcare support staff.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;530,493.41 - &#8377;1,003,121.88 per yearWork Location: In person
