Duties and responsibilities:1. Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.</li><li>Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of entries.</li><li>Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly.</li></ul>2. Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, profit &amp; loss statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Support in preparing annual financial statements as per statutory requirements.</li><li>Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.</li></ul>3. Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Handle GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.</li></ul>4. Payables &amp; Receivables<ul><li>Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.</li><li>Review vendor bills, payments, and customer collections.</li><li>Monitor aging reports and follow up for outstanding payments.</li></ul>5. International Transactions<ul><li>Handle cross-border vendor and client payments.</li><li>Coordinate with banks for foreign remittances and documentation (FIRC, SWIFT copy, etc.).</li><li>Monitor foreign currency conversion, exchange rate variations, and related accounting.</li><li>Maintain records of export invoices, import bills, and reconcile international accounts.</li></ul>6. Systems &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Implement process improvements for operational efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Support in ERP/Tally/system enhancements and data migration if required.</li></ul>7.
