WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US? 
We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Integration Specialist to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining platform-to-platform integrations. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to design, build, and support API-based integrations that connect EventMobi products with third-party systems (such as CRMs, registration platforms, and marketing tools). 
WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON: 
<ul>
<li>
Work with the Integration Services team to implement data and workflow integrations.</li>
<li>Translate customer requirements into reliable and scalable integration solutions that meet their needs.</li>
<li>Build, configure, and test automated workflows between platforms via APIs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with pre-sales and project delivery teams to scope and plan integration solutions.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy.</li>
<li>Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for integrations.</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration service offerings.</li></ul> 


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>
2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON) and understanding how platforms exchange data.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems.</li>
<li>Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist in integration development and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar (experience with Albato is a strong asset).</li>
<li>Technical background: comfortable reading API documentation, building data mappings, and using automation tools.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills &ndash; able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Highly organized and able to function independently, managing priorities without close supervision.</li></ul> 


NICE TO HAVE: 
<ul>
<li>
Experience with CRM or registration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent). 
Familiarity with EventTech or Martech tools.</li>
<li>Background in professional services, customer success, or technical project delivery.</li>
<li>Ability to write basic scripts (JavaScript, Python, etc.) for custom logic (optional).</li></ul>

REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

<li>You have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls, with at least 30Mbps download speed</li></ul>
