 1. Business Strategy &amp; Growth

 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify and unlock new business opportunities across corporate, MNC, and global markets.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and expansion.

 2. Client &amp; Market Development
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, HR leaders, and Brand Managers.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understand client objectives deeply and convert them into impactful experiential solutions.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Represent EUR at pitches, industry forums, and networking platforms.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee lead generation, proposal submissions, and closure with a focus on conversion excellence.
 
 
 
 3. Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration
