From concept to execution, we blend creativity, storytelling, and design to deliver elite, elegant, and entertaining events.Role Overview:We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer &amp; Video Editor who can support our creative team in developing stunning visual content for corporate events &mdash; including branding, event collaterals, digital creatives, and post-event videos.This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics who wants to grow in the event and experiential marketing industry.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:<ul><li>Create event branding assets such as posters, backdrops, flexes, invites, mailers, and digital creatives.</li><li>Design stage layouts, photo booths, signage, and print collaterals.</li><li>Work closely with the conceptualization team to visualize ideas and mood boards.</li><li>Adapt client brand guidelines into creative and innovative event visual designs.</li></ul>Video Editing:<ul><li>Edit short-form and long-form videos for events &mdash; teasers, highlight reels, and recap videos.</li><li>Create motion graphics, intro animations, and social media content.</li><li>Sync visuals with background music and VO to ensure emotional storytelling.</li><li>Manage raw footage, visual assets, and maintain organized project files.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Support:<ul><li>Coordinate with the creative head, project managers, and vendors for timely delivery.</li><li>Support during live event coverage and on-ground visual needs when required.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, event aesthetics, and visual storytelling techniques.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Tools:<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.</li><li>Understanding of event visual design will be an added advantage.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work on top corporate brands and large-scale events.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to end-to-end event design workflow.</li><li>A creative and collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning.</li><li>Platform to explore new ideas, concepts, and storytelling styles.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
