Role overviewProvide safe care via video/audio/chat. You&rsquo;ll triage, diagnose, treat, and counsel patients, document thoroughly in the EMR, and escalate or refer when in-person care is required&mdash;while complying with India&rsquo;s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Teleconsultations: Conduct synchronous (video/phone) and asynchronous (chat) consults; capture history, perform visual exams where feasible, assess red flags, and set clear follow-up plans.</li><li>Clinical decisioning &amp; prescribing: Issue e-prescriptions responsibly per Indian telemedicine norms; promote antibiotic stewardship; avoid restricted substances; request labs/imaging when appropriate.</li><li>Triage &amp; escalation: Identify emergencies and complex cases; arrange referrals to in-person facilities/specialists and coordinate hand-offs.</li><li>Documentation &amp; quality: Maintain complete SOAP notes, diagnosis codes, and care plans in the EMR; close loops on test results and callbacks; meet internal clinical audit standards.</li><li>Patient education: Provide clear instructions, lifestyle advice, and medication counselling; share written summaries after each consult.</li><li>Care coordination: Work with specialty panels, diagnostics partners, pharmacies, and care managers for continuity.</li><li>Compliance &amp; privacy: Obtain/record patient consent; follow clinical protocols, e-prescription and record-retention norms, and applicable data-protection requirements in India.</li><li>CME &amp; protocols: Participate in case reviews, morbidity reviews, and ongoing training; help refine triage pathways and clinical SOPs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MBBS with valid registration as a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) with a State Medical Council/NMC (mandatory).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; clinical experience (primary care, urgent care, emergency, or specialty outpatient).</li><li>Certificate/coursework in telemedicine as per national guidelines (or willingness to complete within joining timeline).</li><li>Comfortable with EMR/e-Rx systems, video platforms, and secure messaging; strong typing and digital bedside manner.</li></ul>Work setup &amp; shifts<ul><li>Quiet, private space; reliable laptop with webcam, headset, and stable broadband; backup power/hotspot.</li><li>Rotational shifts including evenings/weekends/public holidays (24&times;7 coverage model); predictable roster shared in advance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,058.77 - &#8377;90,730.21 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>
