<div><p>As a Lead Devops Engineer, you will be instrumental in modernizing our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work with tools like AWS ECS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Spacelift.io , Backstage.io , and Ansible to create and manage an automated, self-service platform for development and operations teams. Your work will ensure a seamless developer experience while enforcing best practices for security, compliance, and scalability.</p><p>
This role requires hands-on experience in creating, migrating, and managing containerized workloads and infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions in an enterprise production environment. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, and DevOps teams to build an efficient, scalable, and resilient platform.</p><div><b>

Cloud Infrastructure &amp; Automation</b></p><ul><li><p>
Design, deploy, and manage AWS ECS-based containerized workloads using Terraform and Spacelift .</p></li><li><p>
Build and optimize self-service infrastructure platforms with Backstage , enabling development teams to deploy services autonomously.</p></li><li><p>
Implement best practices for observability, security, and reliability across cloud environments.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><b>
Continuous Integration &amp; Deployment (CI/CD)</b></p><ul><li><p>
Develop and manage GitHub Actions workflows for automated testing, security scanning, and deployments.</p></li><li><p>
Standardize CI/CD pipelines and release automation processes across teams.</p></li><li><p>
Improve deployment strategies to ensure zero-downtime deployments and infrastructure immutability.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><b>
Configuration Management &amp; Orchestration</b></p><ul><li><p>
Automate server and container configurations using Ansible.</p></li><li><p>
Develop repeatable, scalable, and version-controlled infrastructure patterns.</p></li><li><p>

Security, Compliance, &amp; Governance</b></p><ul><li><p>
Embed security and compliance controls into infrastructure and workflows.</p></li><li><p>
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and infrastructure security best practices.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure auditability and traceability in infrastructure changes using GitOps methodologies.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><b>
Monitoring, Logging &amp; Incident Response</b></p><ul><li><p>
Implement observability solutions, including logging, monitoring, and alerting for platform services.</p></li><li><p>
Define SLAs, SLOs, and on-call runbooks to ensure high availability and reliability.</p></li><li><p>
Support production and non-production environments through proactive incident resolution and root cause analysis.</p></li></ul></li></ul><div><b>
Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></div><ul><li><p><b>
Proven experience</b> in designing, migrating, and managing AWS ECS-based containerized environments.</p></li><li><p>
Deep expertise in Terraform for IaC, with experience in Spacelift.io or similar policy-as-code automation tools.</p></li><li><p>
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.</p></li><li><p>
Strong knowledge of Backstage.io for developer portal and self-service infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.</p></li><li><p>
Self-service and everything-as-code mindset &ndash; experience designing repeatable, fully automated infrastructure patterns.</p></li><li><p>
Strong understanding of networking, IAM policies, secrets management, and cloud security best practices.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, NewRelic).</p></li><li><p>

The target base compensation for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 USD per year in most US locations. About the Role</div><p>
EverCommerce Payment Solutions is seeking a Data Business Analysts to help shape, prioritize, and deliver the analytics and reporting solutions that power decision-making across our Payments organization.<br>

This role serves as the connective tissue between our data, analytics, and business teams &mdash; managing the reporting backlog, translating complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables, and ensuring the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of insights.<br>

The Data Product Owner will work closely with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define reporting needs, manage intake and prioritization, QA critical data outputs, and support ongoing delivery of reports and dashboards that drive clarity and alignment across our Payments business.</p><div></div><div>
Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Own and manage the analytics and reporting backlog &mdash; capturing requests, defining requirements, and prioritizing based on business value and urgency.</li><li>
Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.</li><li>
Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, and delivery processes for the Payments Data &amp; Analytics team.</li><li>
Conduct QA and validation of reports, dashboards, and data sets before distribution to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting.</li><li>
Support the delivery of manual or ad-hoc reports while automation and dashboards are being developed.</li><li>
Collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure the data model and reporting pipelines support evolving business needs.</li><li>
Maintain documentation for key reports, metrics definitions, and data sources to drive consistency and alignment across teams.</li><li>

Skills and Experience Needed for Success</div><ul><li>
5&ndash;7 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, or product roles &mdash; preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payments.</li><li>
Proven experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing backlogs for reporting or analytics products.</li><li>
Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.</li><li>
Working knowledge of SQL or familiarity with querying datasets to validate outputs.</li><li>
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and consistency.</li><li>
Strong communication and facilitation skills &mdash; able to translate business needs into technical terms and vice versa.</li><li>
Experience working in agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.</li><li>
