Job Title: Salesforce Project ManagerLocation: San Jose, CA (100% Onsite) Experience: 8&ndash;12 YearsRole Overview:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery from planning to deployment.</li><li>Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, and QA teams.</li><li>Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and quality standards.</li><li>Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.</li><li>Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Drive Agile practices and ensure timely sprint delivery.</li><li>Oversee UAT, deployment, and post-production support.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and governance standards are followed.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>8&ndash;12 years of experience in project management.</li><li>Strong experience managing Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.</li><li>Good understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).</li><li>Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform, PMP, or Scrum Master).</li><li>Experience in large-scale or enterprise Salesforce projects.</li><li>Exposure to integrations and API-based systems.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
