<div>Everforth ECS is seeking a Software Tester (Secret Cleared) to work in our Stafford, VA office.
The ECS Team provides focused agile software development and maintenance for a mission-critical application for the government. Today, the application is a client server application developed using Microsoft .NET that supports a database repository of DNA profiles from individuals, unsolved crime scene evidence, and missing persons. The software allows local, state, and national laboratories to compare DNA profiles electronically, thereby linking serial crimes to each other and identifying suspects by matching DNA profiles from crime scenes to individuals' profiles. Additionally, the software is used to assist with the identification of unidentified human remains, missing persons and disaster victims.

The Test Engineer will support the program with hands-on test development and execution experience implementing automated testing and integration into Gitlab pipelines. This tester is primarily responsible for designing, expanding, improving, and maintaining our test automation framework. This tester should be self-starting and proactive; they are expected to serve as a trusted resource on the business logic in place as well as our system architecture. They are expected to work collaboratively, with minimal supervision, on teams including DevOps Engineers and Developers to ensure our application meets users' needs, as well as business requirements and scalability characteristics. Each team member is expected to be cross-functional and take collective ownership to ensure deliverables are met and superb quality is achieved.
Requirements:

<li>Generation and maintenance of controlled test datasets and scenarios</li>
<li>Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and knowledge of SQL databases</li>

Software Tester

ECS is seeking a Scrum Master - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding enterprise application development teams through Agile methodologies, ensuring the successful delivery of mission-critical software solutions. This position involves leading Agile execution, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and maintaining alignment with DevSecOps practices to achieve program objectives. <li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in Agile software development within DoD or Federal IT environments</li>
<li>Proven experience leading Agile teams, including facilitation of key Agile ceremonies</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to track team performance metrics and maintain transparent development reporting</li>
<li>Experience in removing technical and organizational impediments to support team efficiency</li>
<li>Strong coordination skills with Product Owners, developers, and program leadership</li>

<li>Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering</li>
<li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management</li>
<li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT)</li>
<li>Expertise in stakeholder interviews and use case development</li>
