RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><div><ul><li>
Maintains accurate records of all specimens received and distributed from the laboratory</li><li>
Completes test request forms and enters the information into the Laboratory Information System accurately and efficiently</li><li>
Performs specimen preparation for testing and archiving with a high level of accuracy</li><li>
Makes determinations as to acceptability of specimens, files appropriate specimen rejection forms, and files revision request forms</li><li>
Performs non-licensed testing, interprets results, and prepares and distributes reports with a high level of accuracy</li><li>
Performs quality control and quality assurance review of work area</li><li>
Provides excellent customer service to internal customers by answering calls and assisting in requests</li><li>
Documents and maintains all internal customer requests, discrepancies, complaints, and escalates to the supervisor for resolution and trend analysis</li><li>
Adheres to all regulatory, safety, and sampling requirements</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p><b>
