 The Opportunity&nbsp;
 
 
 
 This opportunity as a Traveling
 
 Electronic Security Systems&nbsp;
 
 Site Lead is perfect for an experienced low-voltage technician with Site Lead experience who enjoys traveling!&nbsp;
 
 
 
 The Responsibilities&nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Work closely with PMs, Engineers, and Technicians to drive project efficiency&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Identify and communicate change orders and field conditions&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Oversee system testing, commissioning, and end-user training&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Manage daily schedules, progress tracking, and materials&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Direct subcontractors and ensure alignment with site expectations&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Run complex installations with confidence and accountability&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Mentor and support crews in the field&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Serves as the face of Evergreen to our customers onsite by providing top-notch service and product training&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Ensures safety through compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Handles service orders and project administration&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 The Necessities&nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Strong background in low-voltage system installation&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Proven experience leading crews and running jobs independently&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Willingness to travel&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 A proactive, solutions-focused mindset&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Ability to travel extensively&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Electrical wiring experience&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Strong communication skills to interface with customers&nbsp;

 Ability to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirements&nbsp;

 Ability to pass pre-employment and continuing random background, drug, and MVR screenings&nbsp;
