JOB SUMMARY:
Riverview Healthcare Center is currently seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee employee records, perform employee file audits, ensure personnel record compliance, coordinate new hire orientation and maintain a clear and concise clinical schedule for the community in accordance with established policies and processes. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>
Maintain all current and termed employee files and employee health files.</li><li>
Responsible for recruitment, recruiting system documentation, interviewing and onboarding of new staff.</li><li>
Process all background checks in a timely manner and responsibly notify hiring managers of any adverse reports.</li><li>
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure all new hire procedures are completed according to both state and federal LTC/SNF regulatory practices.</li><li>
Interface with VSO payroll and HR Department.</li></ul>
EDUCATION, LICENSURE, &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
Required: High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Required: Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care environment experience</li><li>
Preferred: Clinical scheduling experience (scheduling nurses, CNAs, etc.)</li></ul>
