We are looking for problem-solvers who enjoy working independently and like being outdoors. You&rsquo;ll develop long-lasting relationships with your customers and will become the neighborhood pest expert.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform lawncare tasks such as fertilizing, along with other lawncare products</li><li>
Help grow your route by informing customers about our services</li><li>
Driving to house to house to complete daily route</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and work area</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Must have a valid driver's license</li><li>
Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees</li><li>
Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately</li><li>
Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients</li></ul>
Working Conditions<ul><li>
Work outdoors for long periods of time</li><li>
Ability to bend and crawl</li><li>
Ability to life up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>
This role pays $20 per hour with the potential to earn commission.
