JOB SUMMARY<br>
Ensure all program-related documentation is accurately maintained. Perform oversight and verification for billing guidelines to maintain individual&rsquo;s bank accounts and supplemental documentation.<br>
<br>
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS<br>
<ul><li>Manage individual bank accounts while ensuring all expenditures and credits are supported by complete and compliant documentation.</li><li>Monitor individual support plans according to the guidelines of the appropriate federal and/or state agencies.</li><li>Assist with specialized training of staff members as required.</li><li>Ensure all program-related documentation is accurately maintained, complete, and compliant with applicable policies, billing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage and monitor individuals&rsquo; bank accounts, including reviewing transactions, reconciling balances, and identifying discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain supplemental documentation supporting all expenditures, credits, and deposits in accordance with record retention requirements.</li><li>Review financial records and supporting documents to ensure alignment with approved program plans and budgets.</li><li>Coordinate with program staff, vendors, and financial institutions to resolve documentation, billing, or account discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare and maintain organized financial and program files to support internal reviews, audits, and reporting requirements.</li></ul><br>

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/JOB KNOWLEDGE<br>
<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Prior work in a non-profit atmosphere and experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are preferred.</li><li>A combination of education and experience will be considered.</li></ul><br>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<br>
<ul><li>Constantly moves about to coordinate work.</li><li>Regularly works in a fast-paced environment with multiple task deadlines.</li><li>Regularly moves and positions objects weighing up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Occasionally exposed to viruses and infectious conditions.</li><li>Constantly alert and observant during working hours.</li></ul><br>

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS<br>
<ul><li>Experience managing and reconciling multiple bank accounts.</li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, general ledger).</li><li>Strong understanding of documentation requirements for expenditures and credits.</li><li>Ability to maintain, organized, complete, and compliant financial records.</li><li>Must have understanding, patience, and tact in dealing with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.</li><li>Must have the ability to maintain good working relationships with Evergreen staff and with contacts from other agencies or entities.</li><li>Must have the ability and desire to function as part of a team, yet work with a high degree of independence.</li><li>Must have the ability to maintain a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, and integrity.</li></ul><br>
SKILLS AND ABILITIES<br>
<ul><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.</li><li>Working knowledge of Google Workspace.</li><li>Working knowledge of HCBS Waiver requirements.</li><li>Aptitude to learn other software programs as required for this position.</li></ul><br>
EMPLOYMENT VARIABLES<br>
<ul><li>Must have a good driving record that meets the minimum requirements for Evergreen and reliable transportation.</li><li>Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.</li><li>Availability for evening and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.</li></ul><br>
