The ideal candidate will handle HR tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance tracking, while also assisting with social media management, content creation, and online branding for Evergreen Solar.This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who want to grow their career in the solar energy sector and contribute across multiple functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources<ul><li>Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for solar field, technical, and office staff.</li><li>Manage employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Support performance evaluation and employee recognition programs to encourage high performance.</li><li>Collaborate with training institutions (e.g., ITIs) for On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.</li><li>Promote employee engagement and healthy work-life balance through team activities and wellness initiatives.</li></ul>Internal Operations &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare reports, MIS, and trackers for ongoing solar projects.</li><li>Maintain internal HR and operational records related to procurement, execution, and logistics.</li><li>Support inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth workflows.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing<ul><li>Assist in managing Evergreen Solar&rsquo;s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook).</li><li>Create basic content, visuals, and posts highlighting solar projects, client success stories, and educational content.</li><li>Monitor engagement metrics and support campaigns to enhance online brand visibility.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to implement creative digital initiatives.</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Work Culture<ul><li>Organize team-building and gamified activities to boost morale and productivity.</li><li>Support initiatives that encourage employee motivation, performance, and recognition.</li><li>Foster a positive, collaborative, and healthy work environment.</li></ul>Candidate RequirementsEducation &amp; Background:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>Prior experience (1&ndash;4 years) in HR/Admin/Marketing roles, preferably in solar, engineering, or technical sectors.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Familiarity with design tools like Canva is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.</li><li>Positive attitude, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time, Permanent</li><li>Duty Hours: Day Shift</li><li>Work Location: In person</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: &#8377;8,000 &ndash; &#8377;14,500 per month</li><li>Performance Bonus</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Employee recognition programs and motivational activities</li><li>Team-building and gamified events</li><li>Supportive and healthy work-life culture</li></ul>Join Evergreen Solar and grow your career in HR and digital marketing, while contributing to India&rsquo;s clean energy future.Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;14,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
