Position Summary:
 
This position is responsible for scheduling service appointments and inspections, resolving customer issues, dispatching, billing review, and contract paperwork. May support warehouse and/or other office functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Schedule appointments, dispatch technicians for service and inspections as needed to maximize tech productivity.</li>
<li>Responsible for creating work orders, providing status to customers and following up with technicians.</li>
<li>Confirm work order is completed and/or closed by reviewing all notes and following up on pending items.</li>
<li>Complete contract paperwork and QC paperwork.</li>
<li>Schedule sub-contractor work.</li>
<li>Work with technicians to ensure all paperwork is completed properly within the designated time.</li>
<li>Maintain appointment schedules.</li>
<li>Order material and equipment.</li>
<li>Receive material/equipment and issue material and equipment to technicians.</li>
<li>Complete daily reports.</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating activities such as scheduling, customer notification and equipment procurement.</li>
<li>Conduct physical inventory.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between Sales, Project Managers and technicians.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience performing administrative duties required within a sales or service industry and working knowledge of ERP systems preferred</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint)</li>
<li>
Ability to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English
</li>

THIS POSITION IS HYBRID- IN IRVING, TX or FORT WORTH, TX

Position Summary:

Work directly with National Account Management Specialists to proactively coordinate support functions within the National Account Operations Center for 1 Touch Plus National Account customers. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

The National Account Support Coordinator may be expected to perform some, or all the duties listed, and complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
<ul>
<li>Establish good working relationships with Internal customers directly related to the support of National Account Customers.</li>
<li>Perform daily follow-up with local offices regarding service, billing, and other support related inquiries received from National Account Customers or National Account Management Specialists.</li>
<li>Promote the full product line and services offered by Everon.</li>
<li>Obtain accurate central station information required for the monitoring and service of the account.</li>
<li>Assist the installation, service, and billing departments as required.</li>
<li>Perform account audits and updates as requested or required.</li>
<li>Make credit adjustments to accounts when necessary.</li>
<li>Work with the branches and Monitoring department to research and resolve customer issues.</li>
<li>Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.</li>
<li>Position may require mandatory overtime.</li>

Qualifications - External

Knowledge:
Knowledge of Closed Circuit Television, Access Control, Burglary, Holdup, Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Systems.

Skills:

<li>Computer skills with expertise in word processing, preferable Microsoft Office and database applications, and advanced presentation skills with proficiency in Power Point.</li>
<li>Must have good customer service skills and be able to apply tact, diplomacy, reason and logic.</li>

The budgeted pay range for this role as of November 2024 is $112,640.00 - $168,960.00.
