Job Description:<ul><li>Provide front-line technical assistance to internal and external users.</li><li>Log, prioritize, and resolve service requests and incidents.</li><li>Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>Assist with software and hardware setup and troubleshooting.</li><li>Manage user accounts and access permissions.</li><li>Maintain records and a knowledge base for issue resolution.</li><li>Parametrize and customize internal business software (e.g., ERP systems).</li><li>Write low-code apps to automate business processes.</li><li>Maintain intranet configuration and support users with content management.</li><li>Promote and enforce IT security policies.</li><li>Work with IT teams and departments to resolve complex issues.</li><li>Provide user training and guidance.</li><li>Ensure IT policies and regulations are followed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li><li>Work experience.</li><li>IT support experience, including complex problem resolution.</li><li>Knowledge of low-code technologies (especially in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking, as demonstrated in a customer-facing role.</li><li>Understanding of IT security principles and experience in Entra ID and with IoT Devices is a plus.</li><li>Relevant certifications like CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are beneficial.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;50,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>IT support: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
