Position Details
Entry Level 
Non-Expempt
Required Qualification's
High school diploma and/or a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field 
Preferred Qualification's
1-2 years of human resources or related experience 
HR Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR 
Available for 15% travel per year 
Bilingual Spanish/English
Required Experience

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to initiate the research of employee questions and issues; be able to determine which issues should be escalated to the Director of HR</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure and able to successfully multi-task by recognizing priorities</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>

<ul><li>Completes all HR functions related to onboarding new employees and offboarding terminated employees</li><li>
Collaborates with supervisors, employees, collection sites, and vendors to coordinate pre-employment and random drug tests</li><li>
Assists with managing the drug screen program compliance in multiple compliance sites</li><li>
Assists with running and verifying various types of background checks</li><li>
Assists with entering training and uploading documentation into the learning management system</li><li>
Assists with researching training topics and creating the training material</li><li>
Assist with DOT functions as related to drivers and vehicle documentation</li><li>
Serves as a point of contact for employees regarding Company policies, procedures, and programs</li><li>
Ensures that records of personnel transactions such as new hires, drivers, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations are obtained</li><li>
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned</li><li>
Notify the supervisor and address potential safety hazards in a timely fashion</li><li>
Be professional and courteous in dealings with customers and/or vendors</li><li>
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li><li>
Follow all Company policies and procedures</li></ul>
