Job Description 
Position Summary
The D365 ServiceNow support role is responsible for assisting users with questions and problems concerning D365 daily support request. This role will be the first point of contact for D365 related issues and will be responsible for the initial triage and providing prompt resolution and/or escalation. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Responding to customer support queries, logged via Service Now</li><li>
Provide daily help desk support, including ticket routing and user account management (D365, email, security roles, first level user support)</li><li>
Performing timely recognition, isolation, resolution and follow-up of tickets</li><li>
Proactively Investigating Support calls and managing them through to completion</li><li>
Communicating with users and 3rd Party suppliers if needed</li><li>
Managing SLA&rsquo;s (Service Level Agreements)</li><li>
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service</li><li>
Resolve issues while adhering to protocol and escalation procedures</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Qualifications &amp; Experience
Required<ul><li>
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 &ndash; including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Project Management and Accounting, System Administration</li><li>
Experience with help desk support</li><li>
Understanding of D365 system administration</li><li>
Experience with Service Now ticket management</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Workflows &amp; Power Automate</li><li>
Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform</li><li>
Understanding of Microsoft Power BI</li></ul>

Job Description 
The D365 Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O) Developer is responsible for developing, testing, and deploying customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O according to functional specifications. This role supports business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, and other operational modules by delivering high-quality extensions, performance-optimized solutions, and reliable system enhancements that align with Microsoft best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design &amp; Development<ul><li>
Develop customizations using X++, extensions, and Visual Studio in accordance with D365 F&amp;O development standards.</li><li>
Build and maintain integrations using DMF, OData, Power Platform connectors, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs.</li><li>
Create and modify forms, reports, classes, tables, data entities, workflows, and batch jobs.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve code defects, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.</li><li>
Mapping user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 solutions</li></ul>
System Enhancements &amp; Support<ul><li>
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and SMEs to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>
Participate in solution architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Microsoft-recommended extension patterns.</li><li>
Provide Tier 3 technical support for production issues and assist with root cause analysis.</li><li>
Apply performance tuning and ensure optimized data access and query operations.</li></ul>
Release Management &amp; Quality Assurance<ul><li>
Assist with code migration through dev/test/production environments using Azure DevOps pipelines.</li><li>
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and deployment notes.</li><li>
Participate in code reviews to ensure consistent, maintainable, and secure development practices.</li><li>
Write and execute unit tests; support functional testing teams during SIT/UAT.</li></ul>
Data &amp; Integration Work<ul><li>
Support data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and loading via DMF.</li><li>
Develop and maintain integration solutions between D365 F&amp;O and external systems.</li><li>
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Required<ul><li>
4+ years of experience creating customizations and modifying configurations in D365 Finance &amp; Operations / AX 2012.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of X++, Visual Studio, and the D365 F&amp;O extensibility model.</li><li>
Experience with data entities, batch processing, and integrations.</li><li>
Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).</li><li>
Experience working with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines).</li><li>
Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.</li><li>
Experience with integrating D365 with external systems.</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Experience with D365 Finance, Supply Chain, or Project Operations modules.</li><li>
Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).</li><li>
Understanding of Finance and Operations architecture, LCS, and deployment processes.</li></ul>
