The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services while enhancing our brand presence online.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, improving organic search rankings.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and enhance conversion optimization.</li><li>Manage social media marketing efforts across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.</li><li>Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital channels.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Oversee Google Ads and SEM campaigns to maximize ROI through targeted advertising strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.</li><li>Implement marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing efforts and nurture leads through the sales funnel.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and e-commerce.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, conversion optimization, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media management strategies and platforms including Facebook Advertising.</li><li>Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms is essential.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
